About the Role

As Customer Success Strategist, you'll be responsible for ensuring outstanding service for our customers while driving growth for our auction house partners. You'll lead two teams: Customer Support (12 people) and Partner Success (5 people). Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in customer success, partner success, or customer support leadership.

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyze data to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new tools and solutions.
  • Implement LEAN principles to enhance workflows and customer journeys.
