The Customer Development Manager plays a crucial role in building relationships with customers to deliver on targets such as net sales and margin by implementing mutually profitable business plans.
- To deliver quarterly and annual net sales/margin targets/market shares
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the retailer strategy, their shoppers and how Colgate can strengthen the Colgate-Palmolive brands and strategic intents within this environment.
This includes working closely with the Marketing team to understand category growth opportunities and optimizing for both Colgate and our customer.
