We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our customer base team in Sweden and Norway. As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within the existing customer base and leading a team of sales professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of field sales and management experience at a SaaS company, with a focus on upselling and renewals within an existing customer base. They will also possess experience selling cloud/SaaS/ERP solutions, cultivating relationships with partners and alliances, and managing complex sales cycles from start to finish.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive new business opportunities within the existing customer base. You will also be working closely with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing, and sales support.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful revenue/quota attainment, experience addressing C-level customers with a value, and experience in value-based selling. They will also possess strong negotiation skills, fluency in Swedish or Norwegian and English, and a self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
