This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales operations, ensuring seamless execution and consistent performance across multiple customer segments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent operational skills, experience in managing sales teams, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient sales processes to drive revenue growth and meet ambitious targets.
  • Manage and grow a motivated sales team, setting clear targets and providing day-to-day guidance to ensure their success.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Oversee customer onboarding and success processes to maintain long-term partnerships.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in sales, including managing the full sales cycle (lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing).
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in B2B or subscription-based models.
  • Strong operational skills, with the ability to implement and streamline sales processes.
  • Experience in building a sales team and managing the team, with the ability to inspire and guide them to achieve results.
  • A solid understanding of sales tools (CRM systems) and how to leverage data for decision-making.
