Customer Success Representative

At TN Sweden, we're seeking a talented Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our clients and driving business growth.
About the Role:You will be responsible for collaborating closely with our Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Marketing departments to evolve and improve our customers' success.
Your primary goal will be to ensure our clients are onboarded successfully, trained, engaged, and utilizing our platform to its full potential.
- Monitor usage proactively and contact clients upon low usage to deliver coaching/training and improve their utilization.
- Act as a trusted advisor, maximizing the benefits of our customers' investment with Netigate, increasing retention and expansion, identifying new opportunities, and generating leads for Account Managers.
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of sales or relevant account management experience, preferably in SaaS. A basic understanding of technical skills is necessary to support customers in different issues they may encounter.
A strong customer service mindset, empathy, and ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously are essential. You should be tech-savvy, fluent in Swedish and English, and comfortable communicating the value of additional products/services to customers.
