As we scale, we are now looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Representative to be part of our journey to transform the financial landscape for entrepreneurs.

About the role

When joining our Customer Success team, your main mission will be to ensure our customers receive top-notch service while being part of the exciting journey of scaling Qred in Germany. Since launching in Germany last year, we've been building strong relationships with our customers, and you'll play a key role in shaping how we support and connect with them. We're all about deeply understanding our customers - their needs, business models, and goals - so we can provide tailored solutions that truly make a difference.

In this role, you'll need to quickly grasp each customer's situation, operational processes, and challenges, then use your problem-solving skills to identify the best possible solutions. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role with a lot of variety. It's perfect for someone who thrives in action and is excited to contribute to building a successful department from the ground up—all while having fun along the way

You will:
  1. Handle customers' requests regarding their business loan applications through telephone, chat, and email.
  2. Prepare tailored loan offers to the business's needs together with our Underwriting Team.
  3. In due time, underwrite loans yourself.
  4. Develop a healthy customer lifecycle by offering personal service and a suitable business repayment plan.

  4. Fluent in German and good English.
  5. Experience with some kind of customer service and/or within sales will be considered a plus but it's not a requirement.
