About the Role
We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Lead. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading with insight and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll build and grow your assigned portfolio of customers, attending events and representing our brand. You'll also provide strategic advice and consultation plans to advertisers, managing budgets and KPIs along the way.

Requirements
We're looking for someone with a track record of success in maintaining customer relationships and reaching growth targets. You should have experience driving growth and managing programs/customer relationships, with a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem landscape and relationships. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential, as well as familiarity with tools like Office and Google apps.
