We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and retention.
About the role
In this critical role, you will:
Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their unique challenges and requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of customer solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Strategist, you will have the opportunity to:

We believe you have
Top-notch verbal and written communication skills, with strong command of English.
Excellent project management skills and a track record of working cross-functionally to drive complex projects to completion.
Proven experience and success in client and stakeholder management.
Strong ability to listen and empathize with customers, picking up on non-verbal cues and adjusting communication accordingly.
A strong technical aptitude—whether through an engineering background or technical experience acquired from previous roles or extracurricular activities.
The ability to thrive in a multifaceted environment, handling both commercial and business topics alongside technical and product discussions.
