The Job
As a Key Account Manager, you will support our existing and new customers in their digitalization journey, ensuring they receive the best possible care and services. Your focus will be on identifying and developing new business opportunities that meet our customers' needs.
You will work closely with stakeholders at different levels, including our customers, Delivery organization, and Product organization. This will give you valuable insights into Cambio's products and services, enabling us to develop and grow our business together.
- Strong commercial operations background, with a focus on delivering customer value
- Experience in IT/Digitalization, both product and services, with a strong customer-centric approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
A University degree in Business or IT is highly desirable, as is experience as a business consultant within IT and/or systems implementation. We value a healthy work-life balance and offer a hybrid working-model, allowing you to work remotely from home or at our office.
