About the Job
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional results for our global enterprise clients. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving business value through our CPQ solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Built strong relationships with customers – Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring they achieve their business objectives.
- Drive business growth – Collaborate with Sales to identify new opportunities and drive growth through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Optimize customer experience – Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, anticipate challenges, and mitigate risks.
- Serve as a trusted advisor – Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure they maximize the value of our CPQ solutions.
