Fostering Long-Term Customer Partnerships
As a Customer Success Professional at Funnel, you will cultivate strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and drive revenue growth. This is a performance-based role that requires a hunting mindset, constantly seeking out and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
About the Role:
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and other key team members to identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Grow Monthly Recurring Revenue and consistently search for new ways to add value to enterprise clients
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the Funnel platform to best serve customer needs
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in an Account Executive and/or Account Management role, preferably in the MarTech industry
- Proven success with procurement and contract negotiation
- Fluency in English is required, fluency in German or French is a plus
