About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at Firefly. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-priority customers, optimizing customer processes, and providing technical expertise to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to increase sales to responsible accounts and ensure strong business relationships.
  • Liaise with the Risk Management Team to optimize customer processes and find the right balance between a comprehensive technical solution and customer needs.
  • Develop new A+ customers and coordinate projects to meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or similar roles, with a strong track record in client relations and leading technical development projects in international sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in agile environments, collaborating effectively with global teams to deliver complex projects on time.
  • Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.
