Ready for your next chapter? We're looking for a Swedish and English speaking Customer Support Representative to join the team in Customer Support.
About the roleWe're looking for a Customer Support Representative to hold an interim position (April 2025 - January 2026) with Swedish and English language skills to assist our customers with incoming inquiries regarding our products and services. You'll be reporting to the Customer Support Manager.
To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our customers' trust. You'll be in direct contact with the customers through email and social media. You'll be accountable for troubleshooting any problems and issues occurring to the customers regarding our products. In summary, you:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via our support channels and social media.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Analyze and report product malfunctions.
- Monitor customers' reviews and politely answer them, aiming to provide the information requested.
- Reach the set KPIs.
You'll join a global support team of 17, working closely within a core team of 8 and primarily working towards the Swedish customers. The Swedish market is our largest market with the highest incoming volumes - which requires excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Our support structure includes local agents in major markets, while smaller markets receive support in English or via translation tools.
We foster a collaborative environment with regular team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and opportunities for cross-functional collaboration. We work towards multiple KPIs, with customer satisfaction as our main focus. To ensure high customer satisfaction, we believe it's important that we work closely with other departments, to enhance the customer experience.

Successful candidates also meet the following criteria:
- Experience working in the customer support field or similar customer service role.
- Professional communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Patience when handling tough cases and strong problem-solving skills.
- Used and able to troubleshoot problems.
