You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their ecommerce journey—from purchase to delivery and beyond. You will actively listen, empathize, and engage with customers, offering tailored solutions, advice, and information.

Requirements
  • Intermediate English (B2+) – both written and spoken
  • Native or fluent in Danish
  • Previous customer service experience, especially within retail, ecommerce, or any customer-focused role
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to empathize and build rapport
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle challenging customer interactions gracefully
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the creativity to offer quick and effective solutions
  • Ability to multitask comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in providing outstanding customer experiences
