We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our dynamic Store Team in Västermalmsgallerian, Stockholm. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience.

You will welcome customers, guide them through your store, and support them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. Acting in line with our values, you will contribute to both your own success and the success of the company.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Share your fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.E nsure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.Support with opening and closing of the store.Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.About You:

Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar fields.We are passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional in-store experience while promoting our products and driving sales. We thrive in collaborative and dynamic environments, are communicative, creative, curious to work with store technology, with a strong eagerness to learn and develop.
