About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to play a pivotal role in transforming our customers' businesses by showcasing the full potential of our innovative Tacton platform and its advanced CPQ capabilities.

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will bridge the gap between innovative technology and real-world business challenges, driving customer success and ensuring that every solution delivers tangible value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, tailor presentations, and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
  2. Provide in-depth technical expertise on our CPQ solutions, including features, benefits, and integrations.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor, offering consultative solutions to help customers overcome their business challenges.
  4. Engage with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle, answering technical questions, and addressing implementation concerns.
  5. Lead proof of concept (POC) engagements to validate how our solutions fit customer requirements.
  6. Independently manage and drive technical engagements across your accounts, taking ownership of sales engineering activities and ensuring successful customer outcomes.
