Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing startup environment. You'll engage with customers through live chat, email, and phone, ensuring each customer feels heard, valued, and supported.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Deliver expert support to customers via various channels, resolving queries and enhancing their overall experience
  2. Collaborate with other team members within CX and external partners to resolve queries, share insights, and build a stronger, customer-focused environment
  3. Conduct simple analyses to understand customer questions, proactively addressing issues, and improving the customer experience
  4. Participate in meaningful collaborations across the organization to ensure a seamless customer journey from start to finish
