About the Role
This dynamic position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for travel, hospitality, and seamless customer journeys. You will be responsible for ensuring brand communication is prompt, accurate, and high-quality across email, chat, and phone. Your expertise in complaint handling, product development, and website maintenance will help us enhance our guests' experience and strengthen relationships with loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure brand communication is prompt, accurate, and high-quality across email, chat, and phone.* Manage guest complaints from booking to post-event, collaborating with Operations and the Commercial Director on resolutions.* Analyze post-event feedback to improve guest experience and communicate with Operations and Marketing.* Maintain accurate and engaging brand messaging across the website and customer email journeys.* Strengthen relationships with loyal guests and group booking leaders.* Maximize opportunities to re-engage past guests and grow bookings through proactive sales techniques.* Collect and promote customer reviews for social proof.* Lead customer service training for temporary team members.
