Customer Experience Liaison

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Liaison to join our team at SAVR. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.
Your Responsibilities- You will engage with customers through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries.
- You will work collaboratively with other team members to resolve queries, share insights, and build a stronger, customer-focused environment.
- You will conduct simple analyses to understand customer questions, proactively addressing issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- A proactive approach and a keen eye for detail
- Previous experience in a customer-centric environment
- The ability to navigate both the quiet and the storm
- Independence and teamwork, recognizing that the best results come from a balance of both
- Skilled communicator and problem solver
- A genuine love for engaging with people
- Curiosity and passion for the world of finance and investing
- Individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and are eager to contribute to various aspects of the business, driven by a service-first mindset
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
