About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Liaison to join our team at SAVR. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will engage with customers through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries.
  • You will work collaboratively with other team members to resolve queries, share insights, and build a stronger, customer-focused environment.
  • You will conduct simple analyses to understand customer questions, proactively addressing issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
