We are seeking a Customer Experience Innovator to join our team at H&M Group.

About the Role

The Customer Experience Innovator will be responsible for shaping the future of our global MarTech and Customer & Experience landscape. This includes analyzing industry and market trends to identify opportunities and assessing their impact on enterprise architecture.

This position requires a creative thinker who can envision new solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement them. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Customer Service technologies (e.g., voice, chat, email, social messaging, in-store experiences) and their role in delivering exceptional customer support.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze industry and market trends to identify opportunities and assess their impact on enterprise architecture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new solutions
  • Develop and maintain architectural frameworks, standards, and best practices
  • Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, business technology, or related roles
  • 10+ years in a Solution or Enterprise Architecture capacity
