To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Intermediate English (B2+) – both written and spoken
  • Native or fluent in Norwegian
  • Previous customer service experience, especially within retail, eCommerce, or any customer-focused role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to offer quick and effective solutions
