About Us

We are now looking for Finnish-speaking customer champions to join our dedicated e-commerce support team. As an e-commerce customer support representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing our client's customers' shopping experiences by providing exceptional service and support throughout their online purchasing journey.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and tailored solutions
  • Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer queries and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Native or fluent in Finnish
  • Intermediate English (B2+)
  • Previous customer service experience, especially within retail, e-commerce, or any customer-focused role
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle challenging customer interactions
