Om rollen

Som Customer Success Specialist kommer du att ansvara för att säkerställa kundnöjdheten och att våra kunder får ut maximalt värde av våra tjänster. Detta innebär att du kommer att arbeta nära våra kunder och därmed också bli en viktig del av deras team.

Rollen innehåller bland annat:

  • Säkerställa kundnöjdhet
  • Onboarding och teknisk support
  • Merförsäljning
  • Hantera uppsägningar av avtal

Din bakgrund

  • Erfarenhet från kundservice och/eller försäljning
  • Hög social och kommunikativ kompetens
  • Organiserad och strukturerad
