About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at NK Stockholm. This is a permanent position, starting with a 6-month probationary period, with a full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Cultivating a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for clients, ensuring personalized and engaging interactions.
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, leveraging CRM tools and brand storytelling.
  • Overseeing all clienteling initiatives to proactively drive store traffic and client loyalty.
  • Managing store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Taking ownership of in-store events and activations, collaborating with marketing to engage the local community.
  • Monitoring market trends and ensuring the store remains competitive in the luxury landscape.
  • Handling administrative duties, reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, with at least five years in a leadership role.
  • Strong client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, fostering motivation and development.
  • Strategic approach to sales and business growth, with a results-driven attitude and strong understanding of clienteling and CRM tools.
  • Experience within fashion and/or makeup is considered meritorious.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in Swedish & English (additional languages are a plus).
