About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at NK Stockholm. This is a permanent position, starting with a 6-month probationary period, with a full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Cultivating a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for clients, ensuring personalized and engaging interactions.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, leveraging CRM tools and brand storytelling.
- Overseeing all clienteling initiatives to proactively drive store traffic and client loyalty.
- Managing store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.
- Taking ownership of in-store events and activations, collaborating with marketing to engage the local community.
- Monitoring market trends and ensuring the store remains competitive in the luxury landscape.
- Handling administrative duties, reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, with at least five years in a leadership role.
- Strong client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, fostering motivation and development.
- Strategic approach to sales and business growth, with a results-driven attitude and strong understanding of clienteling and CRM tools.
- Experience within fashion and/or makeup is considered meritorious.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in Swedish & English (additional languages are a plus).
