- Your Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat, email, and phone to solve and respond to their inquiries with grace.
- Conduct simple analyses to understand customer questions, proactively address issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with other team members within CX and external partners to resolve queries, share insights, and build a stronger, customer-focused environment.
