Pre-Sales Consultant Leader

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant Leader to join our team in TN Sweden.
- This role involves leading a team of Solution Consultants, working closely with Sales to develop sales strategy, and ensuring that each new opportunity meets and exceeds prospect and customer expectations.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading projects/working groups/opportunity teams and be able to balance the workload of the Solution Consultant team.
- They will also keep up with industry trends and methodologies, including new technologies at Workday, and provide strategic feedback to stakeholders.
About The Role
- You will have proven experience as a presales solution consultant, with demonstrable results in leading projects/working groups/opportunity teams.
- You should have a high level of accountability in a high growth environment and be able to hire and retain top performers.
- Your ability to work with multiple collaborators and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- You will need excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and consistent achievement or overachievement of assigned goals and targets.
