We are seeking a seasoned Pre-Sales System Engineer to join our team at Pure Storage. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing strong relationships with customers, and providing expert advice on our products and services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
- Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions to address them.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including meeting notes, follow-up actions, and feedback.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of enterprise storage systems, networking protocols, and software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
