">HARALD PIHL, a family of people and metals, is looking for a new family member. As a Global Large Account Manager (GLAM) at HARALD PIHL, you will focus on operational excellence and customer development within large, complex accounts.
">By collaborating closely with customers and internal teams, you will implement solutions and processes that meet client needs while enhancing efficiency and satisfaction. This role is key to strengthening relationships and driving operational success.
">Your Role
">As GLAM, you will take responsibility for large and strategic accounts on a global level, as well as selected high-complexity local and national clients. You will work independently or alongside local colleagues to drive cross-border sales and deliver exceptional customer value.
">The role also involves contributing to the development of Harald Pihl's product and service offerings and optimizing processes to meet the needs of these demanding accounts.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Identify and attract customers aligned with Harald Pihl's strategic goals.
- Manage key accounts, including some of our largest and most complex clients.
- Take global responsibility for selected accounts, driving sales and collaboration across borders.
- Provide input to develop Harald Pihl's product and service portfolio.
- Develop and maintain customer plans for key accounts, ensuring they are accessible to internal teams.
- Establish and enhance global, cross-functional working methods.
- Deliver on agreed KPIs, goals, and initiatives.
- Implement new processes and tools, such as project management in Monitor ERP, in collaboration with support teams.
