Regional Sales Executive

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our Sensing Solutions team at TN Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales cycle from opportunity identification to cash generation by prescribing and quoting Sensing products and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sensor sales revenue in key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer applications and needs for Sensing products.
- Drive both OEM and distribution sales within the HVAC/R segment.
- Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to cash generation by prescribing and quoting Sensing products and providing technical support.
- Stay informed about key industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Detailed experience in B2B sales or a sales support function in OEM manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in engineering, business, marketing, economics, or finance.
- Creative thinking and action-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts in a business environment.
- Professional communication skills and tenacity.
