Asset Management Sales Executive

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assets within the European region, focusing on sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Implement sales strategies for assigned assets, aligning with regional business goals and customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Area Sales Managers and customers.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on asset management best practices, enhancing customer value proposition.
  • Contribute to cross-functional teams, collaborating on initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and insights with internal stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or business management.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Technical expertise in asset management, with a focus on sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; further language skills are desirable (e.g., Swedish / Polish).
