European Sales Manager – Asset Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy for assigned products/portfolios, considering market development and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to develop and execute local promotion strategies, driving market acceptance and coordinating projects with customers.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to sales colleagues, developing marketing materials and ensuring product knowledge transfer.
  • Collect market feedback and provide insights to product management, visiting customers on your own initiative and contributing to framework agreement negotiations.
Requirements:
  • A degree in electrical engineering or business management, with additional relevant qualifications.
  • Proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and a persuasive approach.
  • Technical expertise and ability to sell products/solutions as a specialist.
  • Multi-talented individual with strategic planning and implementation skills, responsible for go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong networking skills with internal and external business contacts.
  • Fluency in English; further language skills are desirable (e.g., Swedish / Polish).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP skills are required.
