European Sales Manager – Asset Management
Key Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy for assigned products/portfolios, considering market development and customer needs.
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to develop and execute local promotion strategies, driving market acceptance and coordinating projects with customers.
- Provide technical and commercial support to sales colleagues, developing marketing materials and ensuring product knowledge transfer.
- Collect market feedback and provide insights to product management, visiting customers on your own initiative and contributing to framework agreement negotiations.
- A degree in electrical engineering or business management, with additional relevant qualifications.
- Proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and a persuasive approach.
- Technical expertise and ability to sell products/solutions as a specialist.
- Multi-talented individual with strategic planning and implementation skills, responsible for go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong networking skills with internal and external business contacts.
- Fluency in English; further language skills are desirable (e.g., Swedish / Polish).
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP skills are required.
