Our Expectations

We expect our Regional Sales Manager to be a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive market development and promote our products/portfolio. As a key member of our sales team, you will collaborate with Area Sales Managers to drive active market development and local promotion of products/portfolio to generate market acceptance.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with additional knowledge in business management or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in sales, extroverted, strong communicator, and persuasive.
  • Good technical understanding and ability to sell products/solutions as a specialist for assigned portfolio.
  • Multi-talented professional responsible for systematic development of go-to-market strategy, planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, and actual sales work with customers.
  • Networker with good connections to business contacts internally and externally.
  • Business fluent in English.
  • Further language skills desirable (e.g. Swedish/Polish).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sound SAP skills round off your profile.
