Regional Sales and Marketing Specialist
Job Summary:This role is responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction across the European region, through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned regions, focusing on customer needs and market trends.
- Work closely with Area Sales Managers to develop and execute local promotion strategies, driving market acceptance and coordinating projects with customers.
- Provide technical and commercial support to sales colleagues, ensuring product knowledge transfer and developing marketing materials.
- Collect market feedback and provide insights to product management, contributing to framework agreement negotiations and customer visits.
- A degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or business management.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Technical expertise in sales and marketing, with a focus on customer engagement and relationship-building.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; further language skills are desirable (e.g., Swedish / Polish).
