Sales Role for Renewable Energy

Prysmian is looking for a skilled Sales Specialist to join its team in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, bid management, or similar commercial roles within a relevant industry.

The successful Sales Specialist will develop and execute sales strategies to grow our market share, build a strong project pipeline, and manage the sales cycle. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts and pricing, conducting competitor analyses, and building relationships with key customers.

Key Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, bid management, or similar commercial roles within a relevant industry.
  • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Proactive and resilient approach to tackling new challenges.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce and SAP) and the Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
