Sales Portfolio Strategist

Job Description:

This role is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for assigned products/portfolios, focusing on customer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement sales strategies for assigned products/portfolios, aligning with regional business goals and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to develop and execute local promotion strategies, driving market acceptance and coordinating projects with customers.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to sales colleagues, ensuring product knowledge transfer and developing marketing materials.
  • Collect market feedback and provide insights to product management, contributing to framework agreement negotiations and customer visits.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or business management.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Technical expertise in sales and marketing, with a focus on customer engagement and relationship-building.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; further language skills are desirable (e.g., Swedish / Polish).
