Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen is a leading provider of energy technology solutions, with a strong presence in Europe. We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for driving business growth and ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the systematic development of a go-to-market strategy, planning, and implementation of marketing campaigns, and actual sales work with customers.
  • As a multi-talent, you will take responsibility for providing technical and commercial support to sales colleagues and driving the qualification of sales professionals.
  • You will collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to drive market development and local promotion of products and portfolios.
Requirements
  • A degree in electrical engineering or a related field with additional knowledge in business management.
  • Several years of experience in sales, preferably with a strong focus on technical products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sound SAP skills are essential.
