We are looking for a dedicated and business-minded leader to join our Range Area Home Textiles & Rugs team.

As a Portfolio Leader, you will lead the co-creation of the HFB-plan and the connected HFB project portfolio. You will navigate the portfolio, ensuring movement towards set strategies and direction.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Range Area Management to ensure the portfolio delivers to the IKEA Range & Communication strategy.
  2. Facilitate the creation and delivery of assigned portfolios through strong collaboration across teams, communicating clearly and effectively.
  3. Assess the portfolio from a fact-based, holistic, and strategic perspective, connecting it to the total value chain.
  4. Conduct business analysis, risk assessment, and scenario planning to make recommendations for informed business decisions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of IKEA processes connected to product development.
  • Good understanding of the IKEA business model and knowledge about our value chain.
  • Proven business leadership experience in project or portfolio management, grounded in IKEA culture and values.
  • Effective communication and engagement skills, building trustful relations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and capture business opportunities, understanding customer needs and translating them into products.
  • Curious mindset, seeing challenges as opportunities for growth.
  • Strong team player, decisive, and good at organizing and planning work collaboratively.
  • Proven leadership skills, leading teams towards common goals.
  • Analytical skills creating insights on strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally.
