Sales Growth Specialist Sensing Solutions

About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Professional to join our Sensing Solutions team at TN Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with other Danfoss sales teams, as well as driving both OEM and distribution sales within the HVAC/R segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sensor sales revenue in regional and global key accounts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with other Danfoss sales teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer applications and needs for Sensing products.
- Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to cash generation by prescribing and quoting Sensing products and providing technical support.
- Develop strategic segment pricing, programs, and promotions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Detailed experience in B2B sales or a sales support function in OEM manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in engineering, business, marketing, economics, or finance.
- Creative thinking and action-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts in a business environment.
- Professional communication skills and tenacity.
