Job Description

Negotiating renewal contracts effectively is a crucial aspect of this role. To excel, you will develop win-win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while strengthening the customer relationship and the value they derive from ServiceNow.

You will identify customer needs and leverage your account management capabilities to facilitate smooth renewal closure. Maintaining an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow licensing models is essential to provide sales and customer assistance during licensing discussions.

Maintain awareness of customer health metrics to recognize potential risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies and collaborate with partner teams to take appropriate actions.

Regularly update management on renewal status and escalate when necessary. Engage customers in conversations about renewal readiness, timing, and general needs.

Pursue ongoing engagement and customer value realization with customers on multi-year contracts.

Present renewal proposals and options to customers and inform them of upcoming contract expirations.

Collaborate with Legal, Deals Desk, and Sales Operations to resolve complex issues related to approval and finalization of executable OFs.

Partner with our Customer Success organization to review customer value achievement and promote customer product adoption and high use.
