Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Renewal Account Manager to join our team. This role involves negotiating all facets of renewal contracts, developing win/win negotiation strategies, and maintaining an understanding of ServiceNow licensing models.
About the Job
In this position, you will identify customer needs, demonstrate account management capabilities, and guide renewal closure. You will also work with wider teams to provide regular and accurate updates on renewal status and escalate when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate all aspects of renewal contracts to maximize contract value while enhancing the customer relationship and value realization from ServiceNow.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and guide appropriate actions with partner teams to monitor customer health metrics.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with Legal, Deals Desk, and Sales Operations to resolve complex issues regarding approval and finalization of executable OFs.
- Partner with Customer Success organization to review customer value achievement to achieve customer product adoption and high use.
