The Role

This position plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success. As the primary point of contact, you will help customers maximize the value of Younium's services and guide them towards achieving their business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess a consulting, CSM, and business analysis background. This role requires commercial responsibility, as it involves growing accounts and ensuring customer renewals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer needs and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Proactively identify and address customer concerns, issues, and potential roadblocks.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding services.
  • Ensure customer renewals and drive customer retention.
  • Educate and support customers on using our services effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and our application.
  • Contribute to product development by working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
