About the Role:
You will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their success through our services. You'll coach and motivate solution providers to get the most out of our service, ensuring they generate valuable leads and connections.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively addressing inquiries and resolving challenges.
- Equip solution providers with the necessary knowledge and tools to optimize their participation in our invitation-only events.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales or account management.
- Proven track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
