Sales and Business Development Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Business Development professional to join our Automotive team in Stockholm, Sweden.

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, managing customer escalations, and driving problem solving connected to the customer group.

Our team works closely with our Project, Operations, and R&D teams to sell and deliver superior products and solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the customer relationship with one or several of our customers.
  2. Main focus on delivery of existing contracts while also supporting new program acquisition.
  3. Drive customer communication.
  4. Negotiate with the customer on contract updates and change requests.
  5. Advocate for the customer internally towards R&D, Factory, supply chain, etc.

Requirements:

  • MSc in Engineering or Business.
  • 7 years of experience in sales and business development roles.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of addressing everyone from working-level specialists to C-level executives.
  • Skilled in complex contract negotiation and technical solution selling.
  • Willingness to travel from time to time.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills in both technical and business environments.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Ability to work in a high-profile and often high-pressure multi-cultural environment.
  • Thrive working within tight deadlines and excel at prioritization and time management.
  • Possess grit, a can-do attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit, a great eye for quality, a sense of humor, and a curious mind.

  • Knowledge of the automotive and battery industry.
  • Start-up and growth company experience.
  • Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French, German).
  • Experience in a multi-cultural environment.
