Job Description
We're seeking a Key Account Manager to build strong, value-driven partnerships with high-potential customers in the Stockholm area.
In this role, you will deliver personalized account management, identifying customer needs, and aligning solutions from our extensive RS Value Proposition.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales, gross margin, and profit targets across the customer portfolio by creating and delivering growth-focused plans.
- Develop long-term partnerships with customers through direct interactions and tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams, strategic suppliers, and support functions to deploy the RS Value and Technical Propositions effectively.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce to gather insights, ensure data accuracy, and maintain customer confidentiality.
- Take ownership of customer commercial terms and pricing agreements within governance guidelines.
- Manage and grow your customer portfolio, representing RS with professionalism.
