Job Description

We're seeking a Key Account Manager to build strong, value-driven partnerships with high-potential customers in the Stockholm area.

In this role, you will deliver personalized account management, identifying customer needs, and aligning solutions from our extensive RS Value Proposition.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales, gross margin, and profit targets across the customer portfolio by creating and delivering growth-focused plans.
  2. Develop long-term partnerships with customers through direct interactions and tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with internal sales teams, strategic suppliers, and support functions to deploy the RS Value and Technical Propositions effectively.
  4. Utilize tools like Salesforce to gather insights, ensure data accuracy, and maintain customer confidentiality.
  5. Take ownership of customer commercial terms and pricing agreements within governance guidelines.
  6. Manage and grow your customer portfolio, representing RS with professionalism.
