The OpportunityWe're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist with a strong focus on Enterprise customers to join our Lifecycle Marketing team. In this role, you will design and execute marketing automation strategies aimed at nurturing high-value accounts, driving usage, adoption, and expansion.
Your Key Responsibilities- Enterprise Account Journeys: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design automated communication programs aligned with our enterprise strategy, guiding enterprise accounts through the customer journey.
- Campaigns and Automated Communication Programs: Develop personalized campaigns and communication programs—focusing on email, in-app messaging, and other channels—to engage and convert enterprise accounts.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent, personalized communication strategies across the user and customer journey.
- Lead Activation: Leverage user behavior data to identify high-value touchpoints and create tailored engagement communications to drive customer journey conversions.
- Optimization and Experimentation: Use A/B testing and data analysis to refine workflows, improve engagement, and increase conversions within enterprise accounts.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate tracking, data hygiene, and trigger setup, bridging marketing automation workflows between Braze and Salesforce.
This role reports directly to our Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
Your RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement roles, ideally within SaaS.
- Expertise with marketing automation platforms, such as Braze, with experience using analytics tools like Mixpanel and Looker.
- Detailed knowledge of designing and optimizing campaigns and communication programs for enterprise accounts, with familiarity in lead nurturing and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Data-driven skills, with experience analyzing results, measuring campaign effectiveness, and using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience working with sales and marketing teams to align automation strategies and enhance account journeys.
- Strong skills in driving, participating in, and contributing to cross-functional projects related to user and customer journeys.
- A fast-paced, cross-functional environment requires proactive, organized individuals with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with product-led growth models and enterprise customer journeys.
