Job Description

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in Mentimeter's enterprise growth, working at the intersection of product-led growth and account-based marketing. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to design automated communication programs aligned with our enterprise strategy.
  2. Developing personalized campaigns and communication programs focusing on email, in-app messaging, and other channels to engage and convert enterprise accounts.
  3. Partnering with marketing, sales, and product teams to align account-based marketing initiatives and ensure consistent, personalized communication strategies across the user and customer journey.
  4. Leveraging user behavior data to identify high-value touchpoints and create tailored engagement communications to drive customer journey conversions.
  5. Using A/B testing and data analysis to refine workflows, improve engagement, and increase conversions within enterprise accounts.
