We are seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to join our team in Oslo. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our clients across Scandinavian countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage your portfolio of clients, consisting of companies with 300-5000 employees across various industries.
  • Lead strategic stakeholders within HR, IT, and other relevant areas to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute success plans, as well as forecast and predict client needs.
  • Identify and assess churn risk for all clients.
  • Pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software, recurring services packages, and stand-alone services.
  • Engage internal experts to meet client needs and steer internal teams supporting clients.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Experience working as KAM, Account Executive, or Customer Success Manager, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to work towards set KPIs and targets.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills internally and externally.
  • Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English.
