Job Description

The Commercial team at Qliro Group is responsible for managing and developing relationships with our enterprise merchants. As a Senior Merchant Partnership Manager, you will lead and nurture relationships with our largest existing merchants, ensuring their success and satisfaction while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop tailored solutions and strategies that meet our merchants' requirements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of complex key account management experience, preferably focused on e-commerce companies and/or payments.
  • Proven experience in managing complex negotiations.
  • You deliver service to our merchants beyond their expectations.
  • You are structured and enjoy working with several different teams and stakeholders.
  • High level of energy and engagement, ability to work under pressure and occasional tight deadlines.
