Enterprise Account Manager

Tacton Systems AB is seeking an accomplished Senior Account Executive to join our EMEA Sales team. As a vital member of our commercial team, you will contribute to developing and executing strategic account plans that drive significant software deals.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze customer business needs and position the best solutions to achieve desired outcomes. You will lead the discovery process, strategy, and value mapping to identify opportunities and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with prospective clients to develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Foster a value-based sales approach to win new, strategic key accounts.
- Align your efforts with key metrics in the EMEA Sales strategy to drive results.
- Manage Salesforce data and forecasts effectively.
- Develop and implement systems to measure sales performance.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Lead negotiations for commercial and legal contracts to close new deals.
- Drive the discovery process to uncover customer needs and opportunities.
- Develop and present tailored solutions to qualify use cases and advance the sales process.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in technology software solutions for global enterprise accounts, preferably within a CPQ environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Business knowledge and experience in building and managing professional services business, ideally within B2B SaaS software, technology, or the manufacturing industry.
