Role Summary
This position requires a skilled Renewal Account Manager to drive customer success and growth at ServiceNow.
The successful candidate will have experience in leveraging AI to improve work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, and will be able to develop win/win negotiation strategies to maximize contract value while enhancing customer relationships and the value they realize from ServiceNow.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions and maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow licensing models to provide sales and customer assistance in licensing discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate renewal contracts with customers, focusing on win/win negotiation strategies
- Develop win/win negotiation strategies to maximize contract value while enhancing customer relationships
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
- Maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow licensing models to provide sales and customer assistance in licensing discussions
